We have activated additional measures regarding hygiene and cleanliness of every facility beyond our routine cleaning. This includes additional staff and nightly cleaning crews to fully sanitize high traffic areas and anywhere a customer may visit. We have increased the frequency of these cleanings and have provided cleaning products to all of our staff so they can assist in making sure every area of the dealership is clean, safe and sanitized for the protection of everyone.

Personal Hygiene, Social Distancing & Dealership Cleaning:

  1. Employees are practicing frequent hand washing with soap and water for 20 seconds or longer and adhering to recommended social distancing practices.
  2. Employees are required to adhere to a minimum 6 foot rule when standing in close proximity to any guests, colleagues and vendors.
  3. Employee's temperatures are checked daily.
  4. Employees are required to stay home if sick, avoid contact with people who are sick and are requested to stay home for 14 days if they have traveled to any high-risk states, on any cruise liner, traveled by air, or visited outside the United States.
  5. Hand-sanitizing stations have been installed throughout each dealership for Guests and employees.
  6. The high touchpoints in the dealership and in vehicles are cleaned, we are using protocols and products effective against viruses. These include public spaces, high-touch areas, personal work spaces, counters, desks & keyboards, doors & door handles, bathrooms, and vehicle keys, steering wheels and door handles, and any spaces where employees work "behind the scenes". 
  7. Customer facing Employees are required to wear a mask if the Customer is wearing a mask.
  8. Plexi-glass Shields have been installed in our Quick lane.
